Why not just use the free USPTO search?
It only finds exact matches on the federal register. It won't flag sound-alikes, dead marks, state registrations, or businesses using a name without registering it, and it doesn't tell you how risky your name is.

Are USPTO fees included?
No. The USPTO charges $350 per class of goods or services. We charge it at cost, on top of our flat attorney fee.
